We're excited to partner with Holit to showcase their stunning saloon doors, made from the high-clarity PolyCore™ PETG-1000. Printed in four parts and assembled into two full-length doors, they highlight the material’s unique aesthetics and exceptional printability. Plus, PolyCore™ PETG-1000 ensures cost-effective, high-quality production for custom designs.

We’ve accelerated the production of large, thin-wall end-use parts for industries like automotive and packaging using KraussMaffei’s powerPrint system and our PolyCore™ ABS-5022 (20% carbon fiber reinforced ABS compound). This collaboration has reduced production time by 60%, cutting down from six weeks to just two!

Marine manufacturers are embracing new technologies for complex, custom yacht components—perfectly aligning with our work with Caracol AM. PolyCore™ ABS-5012, a glass-fiber-reinforced ABS, ensures stable printing and seamless compatibility with marine glues and coatings. Partnering with Caracol AM’s Heron AM robotic platform, we eliminate traditional molds, boosting efficiency and quality.
